In the story of Kidnap, Vikrant Raina(Sanjay Dutt), whose life becomes full of problems after kidnapping his daughter Sonia(Minisha Lamba). Kidnapper is Kabir(Imran Khan), who kidnapped her just one week before her eighteenth birthday party.

The young and charming Kabir chooses such kind of dangerous path of abduction due to an old grudge preserved against the affluent Vikrant, a multi millionaire, settled in New York.

Due to incidents Vikrant returns to India and this is according to the Kabir’s plan. After it a planned game starts.

Vikrant comes under such kind of situation where he has to do whatever tasks Kabir asks him to do.Vikrant has no other option than to finish the work assigned by Kabir.

At last there are so many questions like, what is the mistake of the past which create pressure on Vikrant to do so in his present life?

And what’s the hidden motive for Kabir, that led to go for the Kidnap?
